All in stock items will be shipped within two working days of receipt of order. Under exceptional circumstances where we cannot fulfil the order within this timescale, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

These delivery times are estimates only, and delivery may be delayed by customs clearing processes in the destination country.
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by the customs or delivery agents in the destination country. If you have any special requirements for shipping or customs clearance, please contact us before placing an order.
Loss or damage in shipping.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will endeavour to repair or replace it at our expense. If a signature is required before accepting shipment, and the outer packaging is clearly damaged, please ensure that this is recorded by the delivery agent before signing for the package, as this will greatly assist us with the processing your claim.
We may require the return of damaged items, either to ourselves or the shipping agents, before a damage claim can be processed. If you can provide photographic evidence of damage to unopened packaging, or the damaged contents, this will enable us to speed up your claim.
Due to Royal Mail guidelines we cannot accept a claim for loss in shipment until 15 working days after shipment for UK orders, 20 working days for European orders, and 25 working days for Rest of World orders.
We do not accept any responsibility for shipments that are delayed, returned or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect addressing information supplied by the customer.
All items supplied by pinballdave.com are warrantied for a period of 6 months from the date of sale. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product under warranty. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product to pinballdave.com or it's authorised agents, along with the costs of any repairs that are found to be caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering with the product under warranty.
Your Right to Cancel.
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the UK and Europe are entitled to cancel an online order for up to 7 days after receipt of goods. If you would like to take advantage of this right to return, you must contact us by email within this 7 day period for return instructions. You will then have a further 21 days to return the items to us at your own expense. Items must be returned in the condition that they were supplied, any damage to returned items will be charged for. On receipt of returned goods, they will be checked for damage and a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
If you are not within the European Union or fail to inform us within the required 7 day period, we offer a 14 day 'no questions asked' return policy. Again you must contact us by email within this 14 day period for return instructions, and you will have a further 14 days to return the items to us in the condition that they were supplied. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the goods (you are responsible for both sets of shipping costs) within 7 days.
These rights of return only apply to resaleable stock items. Any items supplied that have been 'made to order' are excluded from this policy. These exclusions apply to all printed smartcards, custom length extension cables, and any non-stock modified units.
